This new state-of-the-art program is designed
to help complement our Marketing Initiatives on

Often times, properties are shown on a "co-broker"
basis with an agent or broker from another real
estate firm. In many instances, it's oftentimes
difficult to receive comments and/or feedback
from these outside brokers and agents about their
Client's perception of your property.
This new program is designed to address that
issue.
Timely feedback on comments from people who have
recently viewed your property is critical to keeping
an accurate pulse on the marketplace's perception
of your property in relation to others that are
being viewed.
With this new tool, we are hopeful that we will
be able to obtain feedback and helpful information
from all those we have viewed your property and
you will be able to receive the results for yourself
at your convenience.
In this changing Real Estate environment, this
home feedback system is just another necessary
"tool" that will assist Foran Realty
in the Marketing of your Cape Cod property.
Unlike other Brokers that are more concerned
about generating new listings than they are about
selling homes already listed, our goal is to provide
you with constant feedback and input about your
Property so that together we can make informed
decisions relative to the selling process. That

1. Each time your property is shown to a prospective
buyer, the details of the showing are entered
into our Home Feedback System.
2. Our system then automatically follows up with
each showing agent up to three times to solicit
his or hers buyer's comments on your home
(Many other brokers or agents don't have time
to follow-up even once, let alone three times).
Once received, these comments are automatically
entered into our system.
3. As our Values client, you will receive private
online access to the Home Feedback System to:
- View all feedback responses to-date
- View statistics summarizing all feedback to-date
- View the status of pending feedback
- View comments posted on activity that we have
done to help sell your home
- E-mail us directly
What does this mean to you?
- You'll get immediate direct feedback from
prospective buyers of your home allowing us
to correct any misconceptions about your property
or improve on any potential problems with the
way your home shows BEFORE they impact negatively
on the sale of your home.
- Our system logs all the agents of prospective
buyers that have seen your property. We use
this to instantly email every agent that has
shown your home to let them know when we are
about to receive an offer. Our goal is to utilize
this system to help enhance our marketing efforts
and place you in a better position to sell your

- We also use the system to let other agents
know about any changes in your listing such
as if there is a price change, or any betterments
done to enhance your property. After all, what
