Patrick J. Foran, President of Foran Realty,
Inc., is a native of Worcester, MA and currently
a homeowner in South Yarmouth, Massachusetts.
He moved to Cape Cod as a youngster and has been
a full time resident of the Cape for nearly 20
years. He is a graduate of Cape Cod Academy and
Assumption College where he earned a BA in Politics.
Patrick has been a member of the Harwich Dennis
Rotary Club since 2002 and has served on its Board
of Directors since 2003. He is currently President
Elect of the Club. He serves on the Board of Directors
for Dream Day on Cape Cod. He is a member of the
Town of Yarmouth Finance Committee. Patrick is
a founding member of the Assumption College Cape
Cod Alumni Club as well as a member of the Assumption
College President's Council.
Patrick holds a Real Estate Brokers license as
well as a Life, Accident and Health Insurance
Brokers License in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.He
enjoys spending time with his family and friends
as well as time out on the ocean. Patrick is a
certified SCUBA diver.

A Cape Cod "Wash-A-Shore" at age 7,
Meagan E. Foran, was born in Worcester, MA, and
currently is a homeowner in South Dennis, MA.
She is a graduate of Cape Cod Academy, where she
was involved in student government and sports,
particularly lacrosse. She furthered her education
at Assumption College, where she was a part of
the Women's Lacrosse team for her 4 years. She
was named co-captain during her senior year and
was awarded with NE-10 Goalkeeper of the Year
Award, and was elected an All American Womans
Lacrosse Player. When she was not practicing or
competing as a goalie, she was earning her bachelor's
degree in English, with a minor in Political Science.
She currently holds a Massachusetts Real Estate
License as well as a Massachusetts Accident and
Health Insurance Brokers License.
Along with her interest in Real Estate, Meagan
also coaches lacrosse at Cape Cod Academy. Meg
also takes interest in being a homeowner, shopping,
and spending time with her fiancé, friends
and adopted dog, "Busta". She is also
planning a 2006 wedding.

Tabatha joins our team as a native Cape Codder.
Together with her husband Timothy they own a home
in South Yarmouth, Massachusetts. Tabatha is a
graduate of Dennis Yarmouth Regional High School.
She and her husband have a very energetic three
year old son.
Upon graduating from Dennis Yarmouth she entered
the Dental field, first as a dental assistant
and is currently the office manager for Periodontist,
Dr. Charles Levy, DMD. Tabatha and her husband
also own T3 Property Management, a successful
Landscape Design and Construction company.
Tabatha is a member of the Harwich Dennis Rotary
Club as well as the Cape Cod Young Professionals.
She is a licensed Massachusetts Real Estate Salesperson.
Tabatha enjoys spending time on Nauset Beach.
She is the oldest of five sisters and three brothers.
She has recently taken up Golf.
